"Most people start looking six months too early. My job is to tell you that before it costs you something."
Eveline François

I don't take every client. When I commit to someone, I'm committing to the late calls and the paperwork nobody warned them about.

So I'd rather be honest early. If you're ready, we move fast. If you're not, I'll tell you exactly what to fix and when to come back.

I'll tell you the truth even when it costs me the transaction. That's the job.

Everything I end up explaining on the phone.

Written down, in order, in about twenty minutes. What lenders actually weigh, the real cost of owning in Florida, and the mistakes that cost people houses.

Four quick questions after this so I send the right next step. No spam, ever.

Am I ready?

Four questions. Honest answer at the end — including if the answer is "not yet."

Question 1 of 4
When are you hoping to move?
Question 2 of 4
Have you spoken to a lender yet?
Question 3 of 4
Are you buying, selling, or both?
Question 4 of 4
Is anyone else part of this decision?

About Me

Real estate, done with intention.

Eveline François is a real-estate professional, entrepreneur, writer, and homeowner advocate based in South Florida.

Eveline François, South Florida realtor

Where this started

Eveline was born in Saint-Marc, Haiti, and spent part of her childhood as a boarding student at École Mère Sainte-Alvire — where discipline, independence, and the value of education were instilled early. Raised by entrepreneur parents who taught her to dream big and work hard, she carried that mindset into every chapter that followed.

She moved to the United States at a young age, graduated from Taravella High School, and continued her education at Palm Beach State College before training as a paralegal at Florida Atlantic University.

Her career began in hospitality as a hotelier — where she learned that great service is the foundation of every client relationship. But entrepreneurship called. In 2019 she launched her first successful business, a home services and organization company that opened her eyes to the deeper world of real estate. She earned her license shortly after, and never looked back.

"I'll tell you the truth even when it costs me the transaction. That's the job."

Today she is building an international brand rooted in service, culture, and advocacy — championing fair housing and pushing for policies that make homeownership more attainable for everyone, while building a business designed to last.

Being a good realtor means fighting for the system too.

Every year Eveline travels to Tallahassee to meet with legislators, senators, and state representatives — not as a formality, but because the rules written there decide who gets to own a home in Florida.

  • Expanded housing funding and down-payment assistance
  • Insurance reform — the cost that quietly prices families out
  • First-time buyer opportunities and access to credit
  • Protecting families from losing homes to funding gaps and policy shifts

The American Dream has changed shape. A couple who bought twenty or thirty years ago faced a different math problem than a couple trying to buy today. Part of her work is making that math possible again.

Most business problems aren't information problems. Everyone already knows they should market more and price better. What's missing is clarity about which of those matters this quarter.
